Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service.
• The Service is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or real-world prizes.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2) Accounts

• You may need an account to access features. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining password/device security.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or security reasons.

3) Virtual Currency & Items

• The Service may include virtual coins/credits, tokens, or items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable outside the Service.
• Purchases (if available) grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Virtual Items within the Service.
• We may modify, reset, or remove Virtual Items, balances, or gameplay mechanics at any time, including to address errors, abuse, or legal compliance.
• All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law.

4) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat; use bots, scripts, exploits, or automation; or attempt to manipulate outcomes or Virtual Items.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass security or access controls.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others; or post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

5) Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that any virtual balance will be preserved.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumenLucky Social Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

7) Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. If not resolved, you and we agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration (not in court), except you may bring claims in small-claims court if eligible. You and we waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing contact@neonferretgarden.com with “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account identifier.

Governing law: Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules), except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

8) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
