Responsible Gaming
NeonFerretGarden encourages play that is fun, affordable, and within your personal limits. If gambling (or gaming with wagering-like mechanics) stops being enjoyable, pause and seek support.
Play guidelines
- Only play if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and can do so responsibly.
- Set a budget and treat spending as entertainment—not as a way to make money.
- Set a time limit; avoid chasing losses or increasing spend to “break even.”
- Don’t play when stressed, depressed, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- Keep track of time and spend; take regular breaks.
Session & break tools you can use
Money limit: Decide your maximum spend per day/week/month and stop when you reach it.
Time limit: Use phone alarms or app timers; schedule breaks and stick to them.
Reality check: Ask yourself: “Am I still having fun?” If not, log out and do something else.
Device/financial blocks: Consider device controls and bank card spending limits/blocks where available.
Self-exclusion & account restrictions
- Take a cooling-off break: Log out and remove saved payment methods where applicable.
- Request account restriction: Contact us at contact@neonferretgarden.com or call to ask about restricting or closing your account.
- State self-exclusion programs: If you are using regulated gambling services in the US, many states offer voluntary self-exclusion lists through their gaming regulators. Find your regulator here: www.naag.org.
Note: Self-exclusion programs vary by state and by operator. Availability and procedures depend on where you live and the services you use.
Recognize warning signs
- Spending more time or money than intended.
- Hiding play from family/friends or feeling guilt or anxiety about play.
- Borrowing money, missing bills, or chasing losses.
- Using play to escape problems or difficult feelings.
